Front Range Land and Development is the master developer for Belleview Station. Belleview Station is a premier transit-oriented community located adjacent to the light rail station at the intersection of 1-25 and Belleview Avenue in Denver, Colorado. Upon completion, the five million square foot mixed-use development will include one or two full service hotels, 2.200,000 square feet of office space, 250,000 square feet of retail space, 1,800 residential units, a carefully managed parking system, and over 5 acres of plazas and open space. The project is anchored by the Belleview Station RTD light rail stop which serves the 1-25 corridor and is the transfer point between the southeast line and the 1-225 line.
