Spin Outside LLC aka SpinOut Fitness is all about you, and you are free to explore your speed and endurance while riding our state-of-the-art Shiller S1-C Waterbikes. This is not your normal spinning class. We have invented a new and exciting interpretation on an old concept, joining our love of indoor cycling and our love for being in the water, outside, in a fun, dynamic, and scenic setting. Leaving the studio behind our classes range from beginning to advanced levels varying by duration and intensity.Think, Spinning + Outdoors + Water = SpinOut H20. Our 25, 35, 45 minute outdoor Spin H20 classes, circuit courses, and open water races will exhilarate you. Our training concentrates on; building muscle strength, muscle toning, cardio endurance, and building your speed. Start with our Intro and Beginner Classes and quickly, accelerate into the Intermediate, Advanced and Expert training groups. Quiet your mind, reconnect with your body, and with our planet. Our method is approachable, humbling, intense yet gives you space to create your own experience. Ride alone or ride in a pod, race against yourself and push past your limiting beliefs and rise to your personal best.This innovative outdoor cycling experience is currently available in San Francisco with locations opening up in Marina San Rafael and Del Rey California in the winter of 2018.Find yourself, find synergy, find freedom!
