After working in Brisbane and overseas as a property valuer and sales agent for 10 years, Damon started working with the family in 1990. Derek and Vi Churchill, the original business owners, are both now enjoying retirement with their son Damon taking up the reins in 2003.The agency has been continually successful in selling and managing real estate during this time by achieving great results through personal service and using the latest in real estate technology.
