Our Team efficiently and effectively uses state of the art technology to raise cracked slabs, while filling voids in the soil caused by settling and erosion. Traditional concrete repair companies replace slabs, which is costly and requires time to cure. TCR offers a solution that is fast, affordable & environmentally friendly. We utilize a geotechnical polyurethane foam, a new slab-raising technique called Eco-Rise™. The Eco-Rise™ process involves drilling one or more small 5/8" holes into the sunken area of the slab. Within 15-30 minutes of injecting the polyurethane foam, stabilizing unconsolidated soil, filling the cavity/void and stabilizing the concrete slab the work area is ready for use.
