While at GE Jeff trained over 2000 Black Belts as well as Green Belts and Master Black BeltsJeff was trained as an Master Black Belt (MBB) by Dr. Mikel Harry, the co-founder of Six Sigma, in 1995. In 2015 Jeff was certified as an Executive Master Back Belt (EMBB) also by Dr. Mikel Harry. The EMBB certification is the highest level of certification in Six Sigma. It is the "PhD" of Six Sigma certification. The EMBB is trained to work with the C-suite executives to analyze the client's financial data in order to identify the highest leverage impact projects for major business improvement.Jeff works together with highly experienced Lean Six Sigma (LSS) trainers, project mentors, and coaches.Value Creation Institute guides its clients to increase business value, both for the client and its customers, resulting in measurable improvement to the bottom line through growth and cost reduction.
