(SWR) is a full service general contractor that specializes in Disaster Restoration of any type (fire, wind and water), Multi-Family interior/exterior renovations, Senior Living interior/exterior renovations and Commercial Build-outs. Since 1986 we have been doing business throughout the southeastern United States with our home office being located in Jacksonville Florida. SWR started in 1986 as Coastal Reconstruction, Inc. and in 2015 Coastal Reconstruction Jacksonville was re-branded into Sweetwater Restoration, Inc. SWR is not a franchise but is a privately owned company by the Brewer Family. Because of this, it allows us to keep our quality of work and customer service consistent throughout all the markets we work in.
