Stable Air® gives architects, engineers and concrete producers a new tool to solve many of the toughest challenges. Because of the uniformly tiny tough bubbles, concrete made with Stable Air® has less cracks, less wormholes and is more durable. Stable Air® bubbles are formed outside the concrete in known volume and mixed in the last 5 minutes of mixing. The result is accurate dosing. With minimal air bubble loss, shrinkage and cracking is minimized and concrete density is stabilized.Stable Air® acts like 6 admixtures in 1: 1) Air Entrainment 2) Water Reducer 3) Superplasticizer 4) Retarder 5) Slump Enhancer 6) Crack Reducer.With one admixture and one aerator, produce: 1) STRUCTURAL CONCRETE for building columns, beams, bridges - to 1900 kg/m3 (15% air) with effective freeze thaw protection; 2) LIGHTWEIGHT STRUCTURAL CONCRETE for high rise floors - to 1600 kg/m3 (30% air) to reduce building mass; 3) STRUCTURAL FILL; 4) FLOWABLE FILL - to 321 kg/m3 (87% air) for backfill, infill for abandoned mines, sewers, tanks, overpass and bridge abutments, utility trenches; 6) CEMENTED PASTE BACKFILL - replace mix water with Stable Air® bubbles to super plasticize the paste, improve mix rheology and reduce pipe wear.
