Organisations increasingly undertake simultaneous projects in order to meet their strategic change programme requirements. These projects will frequently be at contrasting stages of development and are often influenced by different styles of management. The challenge: how best to coordinate project deliveries on time, without incurring cost increment or unwelcome delay and to realise all of the benefits of change predicted?
