Additionally we often enter active projects that are experiencing budget challenges, presenting cost-saving options and value-added alternatives. We have, through the years, successfully teamed with owners in providing a GMP open book of projects; working as a team with the goal of both owner and contractor being successful in the project. Our goal is to exceed expectations and all savings from GMP to the owner.
