Goff Performance is a personal training business based on the foundational principles of strength and conditioning. All training programs offer a well-balanced variety of strength and resistance training, agility, conditioning, and functional movements. The #1 goal for all of our athletes at Goff Performance is injury prevention. While achieving this goal, clients will be constantly pushed to new heights in training, athleticism, and Performance.Each exercise program is built from scratch and tailored for each athlete, client, or team to meet their goals. We encompass the 6 fundamental movement patters in each and every program: lunge, hinge, squat, push, pull, carry, with a multitude of variations, progressions, and regressions to fit every client that comes to us. We train everyone from high performing athletes looking to play college/professional sports to parents wanting to keep up with their kids.
