Digitary enables education providers and affiliated organisations to certify, deliver, and authenticate academic credentials online in a secure digital format. Academic achievement records such as transcripts, European Diploma Supplements, HEARs, and Degree Certificates are all supported. Over 30 institutions in 4 countries have issued over half a million records through Digitary, with many more organisations around the world using the platform to authenticate achievement online and facilitate greater student and graduate mobility. Education providers benefit from immediate savings by not having to produce and post paper documents and by not having to carry out laborious authentication checks for employers. Honest students and graduates benefit by being able to share their trusted achievement records online, quickly and easily. Employers and other relying parties benefit by being able to gain access to trusted records of candidates' higher education achievements. Digitary is the nominated service provider for the UK’s Digital Academic Records Exchange (DARE) platform and is a regular contributor to developments in the global e-Credentials ecosystem, through its participation in the Groningen Declaration Network (www.groningendeclaration.net) and through collaboration with European stakeholders to facilitate standardisation and electronic exchange of student mobility data.
