Elfin Services is a family owned and operated business started in 1998 by Yvonne and Steve Polkow, after they spent several years helping older friends work through some difficult and complex personal issues. The Polkow's realized there was great need for high quality advocacy for the elderly, and for experienced, compassionate Care Management and Caregiving services.Elfin Services has grown steadily and carefully since its inception. Today the Agency employs several Home Care Professionals, including Care Managers, 40+ Caregivers, and has an ever growing passion to help our Seniors through their journey in aging. We provide a diverse range of services to the aging population.
