In return for our consistent funding, we receive a steady stream of projects from those partners with an equity stake in our investments. Our method of lending starts with loans from our clients (family, friends, referrals, etc.) that receive a high APR, as well as working with larger commercial institutions. While this business model has proven successful, our company's newest adventures include a luxury development on the beach in Southampton, NY and a large express car wash in Nashville, TN. We are constantly looking for new safe investments with high ROI to diversify our portfolio.
