Vault Performance is a new state of the art functional training center that promises to take your fitness to a new level. The name was inspired by the actual old bank vaults where the training centre is located.Vault Performance recently became affiliated with CrossFit and has opened CrossFit 224. Over the last few weeks we have increased the number of CrossFit, CrossFit Striking and CrossFit Endurance sessions available to our members. CrossFit is a high intensity, constantly varied training regime using functional movement that focuses on the 10 key elements of fitness which are Cardiovascular/Respiratory endurance, Stamina, Strength, Flexibility, Power, Speed, Coordination, Agility, Balance and Accuracy. Based in Melbourne CBD, we offer a wide range of services including CrossFit, CrossFit Endurance, one-on-one skills training, boxing, mobility, myofascial massage, rehabilitation and nutritional advice/programs.
