Incorporated in 1967, Audio Visual Dynamics is a full-service audiovisual technical staging company that provides services for national/regional/local sales meetings & events, including but not limited to product launches, training meetings, clinical and market advisory boards, key opinion leader speaker training programs, FDA advisory committee meetings, shareholder meetings, community, and political events. AVD has provided AV services over a wide scale of projects from intimate 20 person advisory board meetings to very complex, 5,000 person national sales meetings.AVD also has the experience and is prepared to deal with locations not designed for nontraditional events. We have conducted meetings in a wide variety of venues including, yachts, hotel grand openings, The Library of Congress, restaurants, zoos, museums, and historical locations. Also, as part of our AV service partnerships, we assist with venue selection, provide floor plans, attend site surveys, and all necessary pre-planning meetings.
