Rentview is a young dynamic team of both letting industry experts and technology experts. Our core focus on our customers and product development along with our vision enables us to create better solutions for the lettings & property management industry. Rentview was developed by two former property managers, Colin Napper and Andreas Riha, who have over 12 years' experience dealing with the headaches and problems of managing rental properties. Rentview allows an agency stay compliant with the new Property Services (Regulation) Act 2011 which came into law on July 6th 2012. Our cloud based platform allows agencies to have a greater control over their rental and management portfolio. The platforms main message is to help an agency "Manage, Build & Retain its property portfolio". Rentview reduces administration time by 70% by automating and streamlining the letting and management process for a rental agency. It focuses on increasing an agent's management portfolio and by allowing agencies share access to both landlords and tenants it allows for a far better customer service. The platform is designed to fit into any agencies budget and is catered for small independent practices through to large multi branch practices and franchise models. Rentview launched in March 2012 into the Irish lettings industry and already has over 100 agencies across the country using the platform which represents 10% market share.
