Oakwood Fund Management is an ESG portfolio of listed products that is actively managed by University of East Anglia students. Our goal is to develop a deep understanding of financial markets, experience equity investment on a first-hand basis, gain exposure to real-life situations related to asset management, and constantly evolve our ESG investment & organisation's culture. Oakwood Fund primarily invests in equities, currently covering a wide range of sectors including: Financials, Energy, Healthcare & Biotech, Industrial, Utilities, bonds and commodities. The Fund is also investing in other asset classes, such as ETFs, Bonds and Forex & Crypto. The team is composed of over 50 analysts and 7 Senior Analyst team leads, each responsible for selecting the best ESG opportunities in their determined sector.We also have a macro reporting team who publish weekly summary reports. These are then given the portfolio teams to guide their choices, while our dedicated news analysts focus on the live twitter side. Oakwood's risk team checks through each stock pitches thoroughly, and determines whether it meets our ESG criteria before being finally sent off to the Fund Directors. This risk analysis is set up to ensure we select high quality pitches that are eventually submitted to our investment committee.
