We are determined to provide high-quality, professional, personal advice, which is of real value to our clients.Our building surveying team have a construction knowledge base, having worked for many years on refurbishment, repair, improvement and new build projects. Our Managing Director is Danielle Brooke BSc MRICS MFPWS, a Chartered Building Surveyor since 1990 having worked for many years on such projects plus more traditional building surveying services.Danielle is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors since 1990 (MRICS), the Faculty of Party Wall Surveyors (MFPWS) and the Pyramus and Thisbe Club.For many years she has delivered outside seminars on Building Defects and Party Walls, two of her particular specialisms.Danielle is pro-active, self-motivated, personable and easy to work with, conscientious, innovative, diligent and focused on delivering a quality and best value service for clients.
