At Brace's, baking great products runs in the family, quite literally. Since 1902, when the company was first established by George Brace, people have trusted our family to feed theirs. Now in its fourth generation, it is Mark Brace (Managing Director) and brother Jonathan (Director), who oversee operations.We've been baking at Croespenmaen since 1979, the site continuing to grow from 8,000 sqft to 60,000 sqft, with our most modern equipment. In 2004, we ran out of room, opening a second bakery located a mile up the road at Pen Y Fan, dedicated solely to sliced bread and is now our head office.
