Home Health Companions is a licensed home health provider offering in-home companion and caregiver services, private duty nursing and aging life care services. Care can include: medication management, post-operative care, pain management, wound care, diabetic care, heart disease and hypertension, respiratory therapy, stroke recovery, incontinence care and Foley / colostomy care.A certified Aging Life Care professional, also known as a geriatric care manager, is on staff and available to guide families through all care options, selecting the appropriate choices for the best care possible, removing worry and stress. Monitoring health and observing mental and behavioral changes creates a safe environment that allows clients to age in place.
