For 46 years, The Learning Center (TLC) has equipped adults in Beaufort County, South Carolina with the reading, writing, math and speaking skills they need to build self-reliance and success at home, in the workplace and in our community. Programs include Adult Basic Literacy, English as a Second Language, GED classes, American Citizenship Classes and a new Workforce Development Initiative .
