Thornton Fooring was started in Richard and Dawn Thorntons' garage in 1975. They had three rolls of carpet and two rolls of vinyl. Today Richard and Dawn are still highly involved with Thornton Flooring and can be found working five days a week. The store has now grown to over 65000 square feet, quite a change from the garage. Thornton Flooring serves a 500 mile radius of Sioux Falls! We offer quality products and honest, dependable craftsmanship.
