Brothers@ delivers comprehensive mentorship programming in spaces where access to positive male role models of color are limited and often non-existent. By providing social-emotional safe-spaces, access to college-aged mentors, culturally relevant workshops, and early college exposure, BAB creates a rare space in which high-school and male collegians of color engage in introspective discussions around their shared lived experiences. Ultimately, BAB harnesses the power of this distinct space to help equip high-school students of color with the skills they need to see, interpret, and navigate their social, academic, and professional environments.
