Therefore, we promise an email to the regional manager, property manager and finishing vendor (flooring, cleaning crew, carpet, etc.) 24 hours prior to the completion of each unit, information each party when the unit will be ready for the next crew to take over. Communication is very important to us, which is why we will keep all parties informed and up to date on the process of every renovation/turn over. **If we are contacted before 12pm noon we are committed to initiate our work at the necessary unit within 45 minutes of the service call.
