These range from stand-alone residential schemes to convenience stores at the heart of new residential communities to larger schemes anchored by a food store that serves a wide catchment area. With unrivalled knowledge of local markets, our record of delivery is second to none.Founded in 1992, with an independent ethos, we are an agile and focused business with a dynamic, professional and pragmatic approach. We work with house builders and top retail names to deliver schemes across the UK that enhance communities and deliver value for our partners.HDD started a relationship with U+I (previously Development Securities Plc) in 2007 and was a wholly owned subsidiary of U+I until July 2015 when it demerged and became independent.
