We can also consider sites in Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire, Hampshire, and Oxfordshire. Potentially major cities throughoutt the United Kingdom for the right project.► Funding & structuresWe have access to funding to acquire sites under our own steam and also act as lead consultants creating packaged (land & build) turnkey products in partnership with contractor partners for RP & PRS clients.We are more than willing to pay introductory fees if you're not retained. And we'll happily confirm the instruction of an appointed agent on any private new home sales (where possible).
