Killer Bee Coffee is owned and operated by Blacklist Coffee Roasters.Blacklist Coffee Roasters has established itself as an award winning coffee supplier positioned in the High End Specialty Coffee market. We are passionate about coffee education and growing the appreciation of Specialty Coffee. We constantly point to the journey of coffee from crop to cup and do everything we can to uphold our responsibilities when the coffee reaches our hands. This has been a very rewarding journey for us and one that has allowed us to meet all sorts of people and grow our own understanding of this industry as a whole.Along this journey, we have come to understand that many consumers and cafe operators still prefer a fuller bodied and less acidic coffee which comes with a slightly darker roast profile. As passionate as we are about showcasing coffee as a specialty product, we also strongly believe that coffee should be made available for everyone to enjoy, regardless of preference. Nobody should need to be an expert or have to develop their palate before they can enjoy a good cup of coffee.In the interest of making quality coffee accessible for everyone, we have launched a subsidiary label called Killer Bee Coffee to meet the demand that falls outside of the Blacklist product line and to offer products at a more accessible price point.
