Rachana Valuers & Consultants LLP, formerly known as Rachana Associates was a proprietary firm founded by Mr. Rajendra V. Chaudhari back in the year 1990. Mr. Rajendra V. Chaudhari and his team of civil engineers and chartered engineers have been operating from their office in Shahada, Maharashtra. since then. Initially which started as a consultancy for architectural, civil engineering/technical services has now developed and expanded its fortes to add various other services like Valuation and project management. We have undertaken town planning assignments for municipal council/corporation, institutions which included consulting work for planning, designing and execution. We also take up turnkey projects for development works and interior works.We have been providing valuation services since the year 1996. As the team expanded, we have added expertise of valuation of immovable properties spanning across valuation of residential, commercial, industrial projects, mixed used projects and township projects for various purposes. We also carry out techno economic viability studies and act as lenders independent engineers. The quality of our services and reports has been widely appreciated by our clientele and the standards are at par with practices followed by leading valuation institutions and bodies globally.
