We do this by changing the mindset from reactive to proactive, initiating discussions and solutions through planning, budgeting and regular maintenance.Our on-call service has been a favourite for customers, the ability to call in after hours about business critical issues has been invaluable to them. We have found very few providers that understand the need to respond to issues affecting patron facing systems such as Point of Sale, Paging or Gaming out of standard business hours.We have recently developed a Business Intelligence and Marketing Solution for Licensed Clubs and Hospitality. Many solutions in the market are extremely expensive and do not provide real long term value. We have taken the approach of focusing on our customers and solving real problems by providing them with tangible and actionable items that are tailored to their organisations needs.
