Brain Power Wellness teaches physical and mental brain breaks, mindfulness practices, and social emotional wellness strategies that support a positive classroom atmosphere. We partner with Teachers, Students, Parents, and Administrators to create a sustainable, healthy, happy and focused school environment. The majority of our activities are just 1-2 minutes long and help ensure an energized, efficient and focused classroom atmosphere.We provide regular exercises for teachers and parents to manage their physical, emotional and mental health, thereby helping them tap into their highest potential.
