Operations began September 5th, 2017.Seaboard Triumph Foods employs approximately 2,000 individuals, processes 20,000 hogs per day, and ships out over 25 million pounds of meat every week. A full line of fresh pork products for international, retail, food service, and further processing markets are produced. Under a long standing marketing agreement between the principals, Seaboard Foods will market and sell the pork produced at the new Sioux City plant, together with the pork products from Triumph Foods' St. Joseph, Mo., and Seaboard Foods, Guymon, Okla., plants. Today, pork products are marketed into domestic markets under the PrairieFresh® Premium Pork brand and international markets under the Seaboard Farms® and St. Joe Pork® brands
