The Lannang Archives (formerly, The Chinoy Archives) is a team of professionals and scholars who are interested in language and cultural hybridity from a Lannang perspective. Our goal is to spread awareness of and generate interest in Sino-Philippine, particularly Lannang, heritage and languages.We aspire to develop and share accessible sociolinguistic databases, research, and materials that showcase languages in the Lannang linguistic ecology—bridging Chinese and Filipino cultures while also highlighting the distinctiveness of mixed cultures, particularly Lannang culture. Through language documentation, reservation and revitalization, we aim to emphasize the relevance of Lannang languages and varieties within and beyond contemporary Philippine society.
