We also have a state-of-the-art Goodyear Authorized Retread plant. Located in the heart of coal country, we specialize in underground mine tires and wheels. Appalachian Tire employs approximately 225 people and has well over 120 vehicles to help meet our customers' needs. For our medium commercial truck tire customers we provide 24 hour emergency road service. Additionally, our GTRACS retread system allows a customer to track the performance of his casings.
