Hawaii Life Flight began serving the people of Hawaii more than 30 years years ago. We specialize in emergent air medical transportation. Our teams of highly trained and experienced flight nurses, paramedics and pilots are prepared to transport patients in need 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, 365 days per year. We have based our aircraft and crews permanently throughout the Hawaiian Islands to be as close as possible to the medical needs of our patients. Equipped with fixed-wing bases and aircraft in Lihue, Kahului, Hilo, Kona, Honolulu, and Kamuela, Hawaii Life Flight is local and ready to respond. Basing on the different islands insures a faster response time to the medical emergency and helps create a strong partnership of respect and trust between these based crews and their base hospitals.
