We do things a little differently at Graffito... We are very committed to doing fresh, locally sourced cooking, from scratch. We make all of our pastas in house. We bake all of our own breads and buns. Chef Joe McCormick even makes his own mozzarella and Italian sausage! At Graffito we take seriously the tagline: Scratch Italian Cooking! Our menu is built to allow you to plan your meal in a number of different ways: The "Graffito Experience" means lots of courses to share, small plates for the table and great food friendly wines. It is 'Cibo con Amici,' food among friends. It is great Milwaukee dining with a real Italian sensibility.
