The STEPS process (System to Enhance Productivity and Service) is a complete reengineering of the housekeeping department focusing on the room attendant job. It organizes the responsibilities of a room attendants into specific cleaning cycles that produce high level quality in the most efficient manner possible. At the same time looking at all areas in the department for inefficiencies and opportunities.PDQ also has a division devoted to the laundry discipline.
