The Delmar Maker District is driven by a concept of LIVE - MAKE – SELL giving current and prospective artisans and makers a place to learn, create and thrive while injecting new life into a stretch of Delmar longing for investment. The district supports all aspects of S.T.E.A.M. and believes all makers should be given the opportunity and the tools required to develop their individual vision. Our mission is to support the full range of organizations that impact makers by encouraging connections, broadly sharing resources, facilitating funding opportunities, engaging in policy development, and advocating for the maker movement. We help maker organizations amplify the passion, innovation, creativity, and diversity of the maker community, to maximize both local and global impact.
