Each "Liberating Structure" introduces tiny shifts in the way we meet, plan, decide and relate to one another – and these tiny shifts (or microstructures) are deceptively simple and easy-to-learn! No expensive investments, complicated training, or shifts in the formal structure required. Liberating Structures can bring more freedom, responsibility, and inclusiveness to routine meetings, boost innovation when working across functions and disciplines on complex projects and initiatives as well as working at the top of your individual and collective intelligence when organising a movement, strategy-making, or transforming culture.Liberating Structures are an adaptive practice based on complexity scienceGrounded in complexity science, Liberating Structures help you address some of the most challenging aspects of working in groups and organisations to move you away from change as an event to change as an adaptive practice. These practices work well with small and large groups.Liberating Structures were created by Henri Lipmanowicz and Keith McCandless who published their book "The Surprising Power of Liberating Structures: Simple Rules to Unleash A Culture of Innovation" in 2014.Monica Leon, Shireen Chua and David Bennett are the driving force behind spreading the Liberating Structures experience in New Zealand.
