Later, SPEC was asked to replicate this successful approach with another brand — leading to the introduction of Elevate Salon Institute for the global brand category leader, L'Oréal Professionnel.Today, we have a network of amazing schools producing salon-ready professionals all across the country. Our leadership team is comprised of seasoned industry executives, educators, franchise experts, and business owners from many walks of life.
