Doubleknot is a woman-owned, WBEN-certified, Seattle-based creative agency. Our expertise includes brand strategy, visual identity, marketing, packaging, and web--but for us, it’s more about the message than the medium. Our passion is making connections between the strategic goals of a business and the very human needs of their customers. Our product is ideas—the divergent thinking that shifts perceptions and behaviors. It’s easy to be cynical (especially about marketing). Instead, we start from a place of empathy and optimism—believing that people, and by extension the organizations they work for, want to do uplifting and impactful things. We work to find the intersection points: where a company’s humane purpose aligns with the intrinsic values of their audience. We do it by telling meaningful stories in clear, creative ways. Great stories inform us, but they also make us feel things—and we’re all emotional creatures. Creativity isn’t just a way to solve problems, it’s a way to light up a person’s imagination—to tickle their brain and draw them in deeper. Doing it right is half art, half science, and half witchcraft (we’re not a math agency). We bring together a team of relentlessly curious, naturally empathetic people who challenge assumptions and see beyond conventional patterns.
