For instance, accompanying our clients in improving their Financial Health through personalised advice, optimising the work of remote agents to provide better customer service or providing BBVA's decision makers with key knowledge to detect fraud. We therefore believe in the development of AI that takes into account aspects such as bias mitigation, fairness and the ethical and secure usage of information.
