Programmes contain between 3 to 5 modules, each one being delivered over a day of direct coaching in groups of 3 to 6 individuals from one or multiple teams within your company.It is paramount that we are able to work directly with the manager or director responsible for the outcomes of the coaching programme. This enables us to establish the exact business needs. We spend time interviewing each programme delegate to establish a working relationship and an understanding of the programme objectives and the candidate's specific needs.We will get to know what your business needs are, what improvements you need to make and what results that you want.
