We helped management develop and implement a very aggressive European growth strategy, taking the business from €600m to €1bn in revenue.Our principal focus remains the Food & Beverage industry. However, our client base is now much more diverse and includes smaller enterprises challenging the status quo as well as established market leaders.Our objective is to enable clients to make strategic decisions with knowledge and confidence. We do this by combining forensic analysis with insightful interviews, and by thinking like business owners rather than advisers.Caden Strategy is led by David Caden. He has nearly 20 years of international consulting experience. His clients have ranged from multinationals like Mondelez International and Mars to leading independent players and high growth SMEs.
