In 1977, Broker, George Morrissey, as a teenager purchased his first rental property with the help of his father's guidance after being selected as Nevada's (only) Outstanding Teenager before, which opened the door for several scholarships. George's dad, a retired Air Force Lt. Col. and West Point graduate, became a real estate broker in the late 1960's and began buying rental houses. His son helped in the business learning "extra" quick as it cost him money for vacancy. Becoming efficient allowed George to play tennis full time on a four-year athletic scholarship + graduate in 1980 with a Finance Degree at UNLV. He has personally rented over 2,000 homes now! George consolidated all the operations after his father passed in 1996. The staff has over 70 years of combined property management investment experience!
