Hi, we're Hargraves Institute, Australia's leading community of practice for collaboration and innovation. Inspired by the question "How do we learn, how do we excel when we're already very, very good?" our difference is 'community' and the understanding that collaboration is key to innovation and innovation is essential to growth.Our name recognises the Australian aviation pioneer, innovator and inventor Lawrence Hargrave, who believed passionately in open communication. By refusing to patent his inventions, he allowed them to benefit anyone who wished to use them. We live our commitment to building diverse and innovative organisations every day, seeking out new ways of working that inspire individuals to be their best, embracing collaboration and innovation in everything they do.
