Working in the financial services industry for over 20 years, the principals in Paradigm Financial Partners LLP gained their experience in a variety of roles with many of the top name companies.As their knowledge, skill and understanding of the market and its products grew so did their frustration at only being able to offer their clients the limited number of products provided by their employer. They wanted to be able to widen their search and find the right products for each portfolio, giving their clients the best possible mix of investments, pensions and money management.To achieve their ambition of providing wealth management and financial planning services to a wide range of investors they decided to form their own company - Paradigm Financial Partners.
