VSTAR Academy provides one-on-training by local varsity athletes to area youths. Freehold, New Jersey is our launch market. VSTAR is creating a network of high school varsity athletes who want to help younger kids reach their potential. Our goal is to make one-on-one skills training affordable and convenient so EVERY child can get the special support and attention to help them perform better on the field and improve their self esteem and social skills off the field. VSTAR trainers are from the community, have gone to the same schools, played in the same youth leagues, had some of the same teachers and coaches as the kids they'll train. They're excited about getting paid doing what they love and working with kids just like they were a few years ago. We've created a free iPhone app that parents and high school athletes can download. After signing up, parents can easily schedule a session in the sport of their choice. At launch we're covering soccer & lacrosse but we'll be adding more sports over the coming weeks. High School Varsity athletes can sign up easily too but they are first vetted by our team and introduced to our M-E-N-T-O-R training method.
