Positive Solutions provides anger and stress management classes for adults and adolescents. We also have Executive Coaching, that is one on one coaching for the subject areas of Anger Management, Stress Management, Communication, and Emotional Intelligence. We have a computerized assessment that maps out each clients skill level in communication, empathy, stress management, and aggression levels. We utilize a certified curriculum and have one designated for adults and one for adolescents. Workshops and group trainings are also available for businesses and organizations.
