In fact, by 2013, 100 percent of waste collected by the company will be diverted from landfills and recycled into energy for other purposes. The company will achieve this through its three-phase Renewable Energy System Project."​In Phase I, the Food2Fuel Initiative, we began converting brown grease from restaurants into an alternative heating fuel,"​ Kline said.
