Kowkabany's Family Martial Arts Center has been located in Tampa, Florida since 1996, specializing in teaching traditional values in a family atmosphere. Classes are taught by 8th Degree Sr. Master Laura Kowkabany and 7th Degree Sr. Master David Kowkabany, who share over 70 years of martial arts experience. Using the traditional Songahm Taekwondo forms of the American Taekwondo Association, Kowkabany's FMAC teaches children as young as 3 years old, through adults well into their 60's proven self-defense techniques, while also promoting the life skills necessary to be successful.
